We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at Ramada Encore Chinatown Hotel. You will keep track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals while working with management to assess and improve processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring revenue and cash flow, enforcing company policies, training new hires, and addressing employee complaints or performance issues.
