Deskripsi Kerja
Sky Lumina Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to support the management of our front office team. The ideal candidate will monitor and assist in achieving guest service and receptionist goals while excelling in public relations and guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement front office policies and procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure prompt telephone and message services at the front desk.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Apply problem-solving skills effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
