Deskripsi Kerja
Weco Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries related to orders, product issues, and website navigation. The ideal candidate will provide prompt and accurate information while assisting with returns, exchanges, and other customer service needs.
This role offers insights into the e-commerce industry within the fashion retail sector, with opportunities to engage with merchandising and marketing.
Requirements: Proficiency in English and Mandarin, willingness to work a 5-day week including weekends, and ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM3,600.00 per month
