Deskripsi Kerja
Wonway Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to oversee the daily operations of our cleanroom laundry facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include hiring and training new employees, maintaining cleanroom equipment, and preparing operational reports. You will also monitor production performance and profitability while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes additional leave, health insurance, maternity leave, and more.
