Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join MATCHLINK SDN BHD as Part-Time Contact Centre Representatives. You will manage inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to gain experience in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Resolve issues related to products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Pay: Up to RM20.00 per hour (4 hours daily)
