Deskripsi Kerja
KPJ Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Clerk to manage all duties related to customer requests. The role will involve building relationships with hospital staff, fulfilling their needs, and ensuring timely processing of purchase orders. Responsibilities include updating hospitals on short expiry items, preparing order reports, promoting alternatives, conducting stock counts, and maintaining records for audits.
Qualifications include a minimum of SPM or a Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with at least one year of customer service experience are preferred, along with proficiency in English and Bahasa.
