Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to drive recruitment based on our business requirements. You will develop strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates, create job descriptions, advertise openings, and conduct interviews.
Your role will also involve managing employee relations issues, maintaining personal files, and preparing HR correspondence. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to identify training needs and coordinate development plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
