Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join SofeaRose, a modest fashion brand. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our outlets: IOI CITY MALL, MELAWATI MALL, I-CITY MALL, and BANGI SENTRAL while managing a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets, implement strategies with marketing, recruit and coach the sales team, and present reports to the director.

Required Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical abilities, and experience in visual merchandising.
