Deskripsi Kerja

IOT Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate selection criteria. Responsibilities include crafting job descriptions, organizing job fairs, and preparing recruitment reports.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of RM3,00.00 – RM4,100.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance. The position requires reliable commuting to Pasir Gudang.
