Deskripsi Kerja
Join Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad as a Customer Engagement Specialist! In this role, you’ll greet customers, assign them to executives, and handle telephone inquiries. Responsibilities also include monitoring test drives, updating the database, preparing reports, and supporting CSI and CRM initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum Certificate or Diploma, preferably in Hospitality/Hotel Management. Front-line experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong English communication skills are essential.
This permanent position offers a salary of RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00, plus benefits.
