Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to standards.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
- Manage stock arrangement and organization.
- Greet and connect with every customer.
- Describe menu items and recommend products.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Ensure high-quality service is provided.
Requirements:
- Must be vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
- Secondary School/SPM certificate.
- Good command of English and Malay.
- Energetic and eager to learn.
- Own transport preferred; non-barista candidates welcome.
