Deskripsi Kerja

Join Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd as a Customer Support Assistant! You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service, managing accounts, and performing transactions according to our Standard Operating Procedures. Your tasks will include assisting walk-in customers, handling inquiries, and offering after-sales support. A strong understanding of the money service industry is essential for success in this role.

Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a willingness to work weekends. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
