Deskripsi Kerja

Company Background: We are a service provider specializing in lorry permits, road tax, and insurance services.

Work Location: Malim, Melaka

Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month + commission.

Requirements:

• SPM holder or higher
• Proficient in Mandarin (required)
• Open to fresh graduates (training provided)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via various channels
• Assist customers with order tracking and returns
• Resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain product knowledge for better assistance
