iCrest Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will efficiently handle calls, emails, and chats.
Requirements: Minimum SPM or Diploma, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
