Hunters International Sdn Bhd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant for our client, a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer and one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Manage correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain a detailed filing system and confidential records.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations.
- Make travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- 10+ years of secretarial experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Mandarin and strong communication skills.
