Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at SF GLOBAL EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD as a Customer Experience Executive! You’ll provide exceptional customer support via email, social media, phone, and web chat. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in digital customer service. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. This is a 12-month contract position with a salary of RM2,00.00 to RM2,500.00.
Working Days: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotational). Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm & 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
