Deskripsi Kerja
UPT FORWARDING & TRANSPORT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will manage customer interactions and ensure exceptional service in logistics and supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities include ensuring FCL export bookings are placed correctly, adhering to customer-specific SOPs, and possessing knowledge of the export process. Collaboration with the Head of Department is essential.
Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field, relevant experience, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and knowledgeable in Mandarin.
Competitive salary: RM2,500.00 to RM3,00.00 monthly, with attractive benefits.
