Job Summary

The Retail Operations Manager oversees daily retail store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position involves managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing performance improvement strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Achieve operational objectives
  • Drive KPIs and profitability
  • Collaborate with area managers
  • Coach sales teams
  • Support store expansions
  • Conduct business analysis
  • Manage and develop personnel
  • Implement strategic marketing plans
  • Conduct regular store visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,00.00 – RM13,00.00 per month

Experience: Retail Fashion Industry: 3 years (Preferred); Retail Ops Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
