Join our dynamic team at EQUILOGICS as a Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communications via chats, emails, and calls. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate solutions to customer inquiries, maintaining quality assurance standards, and assisting in training sessions.
We seek candidates who are passionate about customer service, proficient in English & Arabic, and can work 24/7 shifts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
Salary ranges between RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 monthly, with opportunities for career growth.
