Deskripsi Kerja
Dytan Health On-Line is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Customer Service cum Admin. Key responsibilities include coordinating medical examination appointments for insurance clients, ensuring accurate completion of medical reports, managing inbound and outbound calls, and addressing customer inquiries via email. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma in a related field, have prior customer service experience, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
This full-time position offers a salary ranging from RM2,200.00 to RM2,700.00 per month, along with benefits such as additional leave, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion and professional development.
