Deskripsi Kerja
LAWA LAWA GROUP SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, facilitating training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the spa, wellness, retail, or services sectors, proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, and at least 5 years of experience in human resources. Personal attributes should include being positive, approachable, and a skilled problem-solver.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month | Schedule: Monday to Friday
