We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at an IT Consulting Company. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, web-chat, and more, ensuring excellent service.
Duties: Respond to inquiries, manage complaints, support corporate projects, and ensure compliance.
Requirements: Diploma preferred, 2+ years in customer service or contact centers, excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM4,700.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts, weekend work.
