POSITION SUMMARY: Join SRG ASIA PACIFIC SDN BHD as a Customer Care Consultant (CC). Enhance customer experiences by resolving complaints via phone and assisting with inquiries. Your warm greetings and problem-solving skills will be essential.
DUTIES: Interact with customers via calls and live chat, escalate requests, cross-sell products, and deliver high-quality service.
REQUIREMENTS: SPM/Diploma/Degree, customer service experience, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
