Deskripsi Kerja

Language Requirement: Prefer Mandarin speaking

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Assist in after-sales service improvements.
• Prepare configurations for the Sales team.
• Troubleshoot technical problems.
• Stay updated on tech trends.
• Participate in training sessions.

Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or IT, fluent in Mandarin and English, proficiency in Windows, and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00/month
