- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, messenger, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with order processing and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve complaints.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback.
- Provide administrative support.
