Deskripsi Kerja

VIC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to manage leave and attendance, administer employee benefits, and maintain HR records. The ideal candidate will resolve employee relations issues, assist in performance management, and develop HR policies.

Qualifications include at least a Diploma in Human Resources with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, are essential.

This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,800.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday. Expected start date is December 2, 2024.
