Deskripsi Kerja
Do you enjoy interacting with people? Speedoc (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring Customer Experience Executives to engage with our customers both online and offline. We seek candidates who are customer-oriented and committed to our brand integrity.
Responsibilities: Manage calls, identify customer needs, upsell products, and maintain call records.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of call center experience, excellent communication skills, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
