Deskripsi Kerja

FinexHR (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Assistant to support our sales team. This pivotal role includes managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and facilitating a smooth sales process. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders and maintain customer records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and preparing presentations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience in sales support, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month | Schedule: Monday to Friday
