Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly.
- Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide information on clinic services.
- Address patient concerns with empathy.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Conduct foot assessments and assist podiatrists.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications or Business Administration.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English, Chinese & Malay.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
