Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description: We are seeking a Call Centre Executive to handle inquiries related to cashless admissions, interim, discharge, post-hospitalization claims, and insurance policies. You’ll analyze queries and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
Requirements: SPM/Degree/Diploma required, call center experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Location: Parklane Commercial Hub, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00/month
