Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station – 10 mins walking). FREE shuttle service from the LRT station to the office based on selected schedule.
Job Scope:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding customer inquiries.
- Assisting and resolving customer issues effectively.
Requirements: Minimum SPM and above. Excellent command of English (spoken & written). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training provided.
Salary: Basic: RM2,00.00 + Allowance: Up to RM500, Total: RM2,500 per month.
