Deskripsi Kerja
HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Technician to assist our Building Manager/Executive with M&E matters. The ideal candidate will supervise and maintain all landscapes and gardens, carry out repairs and preventive maintenance, and monitor work performed by outside contractors. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting any unusual occurrences or damages to the Building Manager.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond.
- 1-3 years of experience in high-rise buildings.
- Good discipline and ability to work independently.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
