Join the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Guest Relations Officer where you will support the Guest Relations Manager and supervise the Guest Services Agents. You will play a vital role in enhancing guest experiences by promoting the importance of guest relations across departments, monitoring VIP initiatives, and creating personalized amenity programs. Your responsibilities include training front-line colleagues, ensuring guests feel welcomed, escorting VIPs, handling complaints, and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards. You will also be accountable for results related to guest recognition and oversee room readiness prior to check-ins.
