Deskripsi Kerja
Carecone Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative who is fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, providing them with accurate information about our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include making proactive follow-up calls to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
This is a contract position for a duration of 24 months, offering a competitive salary of RM2,800.00 – RM4,500.00 per month. The expected start date for this position is December 9, 2024.
