Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead translation team to convert Chinese novels into English.
- Assign tasks based on expertise and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of translated materials.
- Guide junior team members and manage freelance translators.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize AI translation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Translation or related field.
- 3 years translation experience; 1 year in management.
- Proficient in English and Chinese; familiar with MS Office.
