Deskripsi Kerja
Company Background:
We represent a client in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. As they grow, they seek an Account Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of payments
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices
- Monitor backlog invoices and guide teams to reduce backlog
- Review reports and vendor reconciliations, acting on overdue items
- Ensure KPIs for accounts payable are met
- Develop action plans to achieve KPIs
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA) or degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of finance managerial experience
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Driving license and own transport required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
