Deskripsi Kerja

As an IT intern at Rentokil Initial, you will provide vital support across Asia, MENAT, and the Pacific, enhancing user productivity while assessing application needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting and resolving incidents.
• Managing incidents end-to-end.
• Conducting second-level support.
• Collaborating for effective deployment.
• Preparing KPIs for service delivery performance.

We seek candidates pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, with basic Microsoft Office knowledge and strong communication skills.
