Deskripsi Kerja
Elabram System is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Data cleaning and filtering.
- Searching for warehouses and shops for rent.
- Visiting sites and completing evaluation forms.
- Web-sourcing on property sites.
- Contacting agents for information and scheduling visits.
Requirements: Good communication skills, multitasking ability, and at least a diploma or 1 year of experience.
Details: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, at Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur. Contract position for 3 months with a salary of RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month.
