Deskripsi Kerja
Join BEST GLOBAL LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD as a Customer Service Representative. You will:
- Solve customer inquiries via hotline, email, and timely contact tools.
- Respond to customer complaints for high satisfaction and log them internally.
- Provide solutions to complaints and handle queries on social media.
- Deliver VIP services and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00/month
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement; promotion opportunities.
Keperluan
