Deskripsi Kerja

JS ALUMINIUM EXTRUDER SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Coordinator to maintain excellent customer relationships for our local businesses. The role involves assisting sales executives, updating customers on their orders, and coordinating urgent deliveries with internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Input sales orders into the Autocount system.
• Track and update customers on order statuses.
• Follow up on urgent deliveries.
• Communicate with all parties effectively.
• Resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide administrative support.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00/month
