Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for an HR Manager to join IOT Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. You will oversee HR functions such as recruitment, training, payroll processing, and employee relations. Your responsibilities include managing manpower planning and developing HR policies to improve workforce performance while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Requirements: Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, knowledge of employment laws, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM7,500.00 – RM12,00.00 per month | Schedule: Monday to Friday | Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus.
