Deskripsi Kerja

Key Responsibilities:

  • Notify customers and agents about cargo arrivals.
  • Send pre-alert notifications to customers and agents.
  • Coordinate the delivery of cargo.
  • Monitor and track shipments.
  • Process billing transactions.
  • Address queries and cargo issues.

Qualifications: Minimum SPM, Diploma in Logistics preferred, 1+ years in Air Freight Forwarding, proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
