Deskripsi Kerja
MHG Elite SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims from customers and dealerships. Key responsibilities include processing and reviewing claims, verifying eligibility, coordinating documentation, and submitting claims to manufacturers. You will also monitor claim statuses, analyze warranty data for trends, and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealerships.
This is a full-time position with a pay of up to RM2,500.00 per month and benefits including professional development. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of automotive warranty experience, a diploma/advanced diploma, and be fluent in English.
Location: Kluang. Expected start date: 01/01/2025.
