Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Bukit Raja, Klang
Join our team at AGENSI PEKERJAAN DREAM-JOB SDN BHD as an HR & Admin Executive. You will manage worker attendance, payroll, and welfare while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Supporting HR functions including recruitment and onboarding is key, along with liaising between the factory and our agency. Strong communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay are essential.
Experience in an HR role within a factory environment is preferred, along with organizational skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from RM3,00.00 to RM5,500.00 per month and includes opportunities for professional development.
