Deskripsi Kerja
BRAINHUNTERS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is looking for a Member Support Executive. Your duties will include managing incoming calls, answering healthcare inquiries, resolving member complaints, and assisting with claims processing.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months call center experience, excellent communication in English and Bahasa, and a strong customer service commitment.
Salary: RM 2,00 to RM 2,500 per month with fixed and rotational shifts. Overtime compensation available.
