Job Descriptions
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily production, achieving key performance indicators (KPI) related to efficiency, downtime, quality, and safety. This role includes providing training on food safety practices, establishing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards such as GMP/GHP, HACCP, and FSSC 2200. Regular performance reviews of staff will also be conducted to uphold excellence.
Job Requirements
- Diploma level education
- 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting
- Required Languages: Malay and English
