Deskripsi Kerja

WELCOME SKF SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated General Admin to join our team. The position offers a starting salary of RM1,800 and above, based on expertise. Key responsibilities include responding to WhatsApp chats, managing customer inquiries via messaging apps, preparing working papers, assisting with Purchase Orders (PO), and supporting supervisors with ad-hoc tasks.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, at Ecoworld, Senai Airport City.

Benefits include maternity leave, parental leave, and overtime pay. Preferred experience: 3 years in administration and 1 year with suppliers/customers.
