Job Description & Responsibilities: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Agent Development. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data. You will work in accordance with official protocols, collaborate effectively with other departments, and coach Master Leaders in agent development. Previous experience as an insurance agent is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- 3 years of experience in customer service/agent development
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
