Deskripsi Kerja

JEV Management & Trading is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and enhance team performance. The ideal candidate will supervise workforce activities, ensure compliance with guidelines, and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities.
• Train and support team members.
• Monitor employee performance and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with WI, SOP, GMP, and safety standards.
• Evaluate and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
