Methodist College Kuala Lumpur is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual for the position of Executive in the Exam & Timetabling Unit. This role involves facilitating the effective operation of Academic Services, including timetabling and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce schedules for the institution.
- Maintain timetabling records and address internal queries.
- Support examination activities and ensure record integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the education industry.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
